Microsoft Exchange Online Integration
Meeting rooms can be linked to Flexopus through Microsoft Exchange Online integration. Use the Microsoft email address to link Microsoft resources to Flexopus objects. If you manage spatial resources via Outlook, Flexopus can implement bidirectional synchronization thanks to Microsoft Exchange integration.
Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD
Stop managing countless login credentials. Thanks to single-sign-on integration, each team member only uses a single account without having to set their own passwords for Flexopus. With the optional SCIM API extensions, user profiles can also be synchronized automatically.
Microsoft Outlook integration
With the help of the Flexopus Outlook add-in, a graphical interface is added to the room booking in Outlook, which results in a significantly improved user experience.
